Piccolo with cape and turban is alreasy in-game
but... I don't know, there's something bad with the cape, I rig it and rig it and rig it and the cape still looks bad in some animations...

if is in the mêlée doesn't matter because the mêlée go fast and is hard see imperfections.. looks good howewer.. you can release a demo maybe and after the update with better things.. I can't deny that I'm really interested about this  ..

good.. just change the ankle pads.. they are small not like Vegeta or Tenshinhan or Gohan blue gi...
are extremely adherent to the ankles. I give you also this first ref if you want more quality.. (belt,jacket,wrist bands, even more the head model..) I have already a very nice head like in this picture..

Well, Anty, I think that both versions should be done.
One thing I noticed though, is that when Vegeta has that aura on, the boots, pants, and jacket look shiny, like leather. I think it really doesn't fit Dragon Ball Z/GT too well.

I see, well... he will have the jacket in the normal and Super Saiyan state and he will take it of when he turns in to a Super Saiyan 2

well... right now I'm just showing the character (the 3D stuff) later I will fix that things (the shading effect)...
