Public Beta 1 = ZEQ2-Lite
Public Beta 2 = Doesn't exist, figment of the community's imagination.
SVN Build = ZEQ2-Lite, with lots of updates over Public Beta 1, but it's still ZEQ2-Lite.
ZEQ2 = Separate and completely different project, the look, style, and goals of which being nowhere near the same as ZEQ2-Lite.

You are wrong to think either of those; like Shenku said, as well as countless others a countless number of times, ZEQ is a scientific STUDY of Dragon Ball Z and how to convert 2D art into a 3D art, whereas ZEQ2-Lite is a GAME that incorporates this art into an interactive experience. Why bother thinking that it is like something when you are told exactly what it is? Not trying to dislike on you, just wanting you to think.

Actually, both those videos technically are versions of what ZEQ2-lite became so in that example they are the same game.
ZEQ2 was an all encompassing project name during the project's growth on multiple platforms with multiple design goals. The name usually relates to the latest iteration, the research project on the Zios engine, however.

zeq2lite cannot be termed as ZEQ2 , ZEQ2 is a different thing , a different project , with different goals and different aims 
and NO filtering the word does not solve the problem

I fail to see how Najeeb is wrong here. ZEQ2 and ZEQ2-Lite are different projects, and do have different goals... True their names are similar, but they are still separate projects from one another... Like Windows Mobile versus Windows Vista. They're both operating systems for a form of computerized system, but they're designed to do different things.
Maybe you should read what Brad wrote again, Dagger...
And yes, Najeeb is correct, adding a filter isn't going to solve anything, it'll only add to confusion.
Personally, I think a name change might be in order for better distinction between the two, and I already have one picked out.
"Zeth Enjoys Quake 2 Less In The Evenings", or ZEQ2LITE for short.... Wait a second... 
On second thought, forget the name change, that would only cause more confusion...
