Like the question says, is there a way to track a ZEQ2 like what yould have on other tracker websites?

Gametiger used to be able to list active ZEQ2-lite servers, but I'm fairly certain that most don't actively display them right now (for whatever reason). A server-side script could be made and linked with the site to query them (as the build's server browser does), but I don't think such a feature would be too high on an implementation list over others right now for most people.
You are more than welcome to look into it building one yourself or utilizing various existing Quake 3 master server libraries to help.
