Moderators. It should be like this:
Moderators:
-Delete posts
-Delete threads
-Send private messages to normal users
-Clear up the forums
Administrators:
-Give last warning messages
-Use admin powers on users (give titles, high five, name change, pass change, etc...)
But I still do all of the above.. *intense laughter*
