see all this talk of, "its up to you" just ain't sittin right with me, because as of right now, if you got mods on, nobody can see em, and how are you going to fix that? going to make it so everytime one person changes one thing anywhere, it changes for everyone? and what if they do it completely wrong, and then what if someone makes a new character then will it be available for everyone? I don't see all that happening, and if it does I don't see it working at all, also it is actually up to you guys, being that you started it, and some of us have lives and can't work on this thing 365/7, and I understand you do to, but I mean its a cool concept, leave it all to the fans, but what's the point if you leave it to the fans for nobody to see it.. you guys put out the final releases I'm sure this will be on your resume to go onto bigger and better things.. so by what your saying, I can put a piece of grass on the landing map, and then put "I spent a lot of time working on ZEQ2 lite" and go get credit for your work, and that would also make you my boss, and I don't know how well you know the law or legal system, but its illegal for a boss to give any negative statements when asked about a former employee, and if you did infact make negative statements I could not only have you prosecuted to the full extent of the law, but also sue you for everything you have for slander, this and many many many many other problems can come with this non-scence, but hey its our thing, you do it the way you want.. just lettin you know

If you're going to write out a long winded description of your thoughts on something then please make better use of punctuation and paragraphs. An unending sentance does little to help put your point across and makes it more difficult to understand. I was also going to mention giving the topic a more relevant name but it seems to be quite apt for it's content.
You seem to be completely misunderstanding the whole concept of the project being open to contributions from the community. The mods and addons people have released are NOT contributions to the project they are just mods and addons.
The only mods which can be used on a server are the mods the server has installed, this is the same with ANY moddable multiplayer game of this type. If you run a server with installed on then those mods will work. Even if the players don't have the mod, the attacks, player stats and transformations will work just fine but the models, textures, etc. used in the mod will revert to their default counterparts if they're not available.
Contributions, on the other hand, are handled completely different. All contributions get added to the development repository and will be standard parts of future updates. This is the way that all open projects work and nothing unique to ZEQ2Lite.
Obviously not everyone can contribute and it's not a requirement but those with the skill and desire are highly recommended to contribute if they want something in the game. For example I wanted a skeletal animation system in the game so I contributed code to get it working and it will be enabled in the next update. More people contributing will mean official updates can be done quicker and with more content.
I think that just about addresses your issues, though I'm utterly baffled about why you're going on about bosses, portfolios and sueing people. This is not a job, it's a hobby. No one is employed and everyone gets credit for what they contribute. You also seem to have a very loose grasp on how resume's, references and jobs as a whole work though this is hardly the place to set you straight.
