40-60 fps is more than enough
I would say the more important thing is the ping
I mean if everyone has low ping the server is paradise

For me (London, Europe) Stealth's server seems great, with a low ping.

I'm happy with ~45 FPS on every game (even 30 is alright unless it's a fast paced game in my opinion).

I'm happy enough with around 90 FPS but just 105702762 is riducolous I tried it at my friends house I typed in the FPS /com_max FPS 2145829056897219470197 509709170471975609751075017597 And pressed enter and when I joined servers that was the exact same FPS.
