I have tried finding Revision 1701..
I have tried finding it by seeking the word '1701'
it finds only 1 result, which doesn't lead to a download..
So, where can I find the newest Revisions ?
They are not Easy to find!

"Not easy to find" Pretty much anyone has access to revision 1701. Just update your SVN folder to the head revision. 1701 is "unplayable" though. There's plenty of bugs and you can't play online. You should really go to the IRC(chat) instead of opening a thread for questions like this :p

I know that you should use the 'Stable version' and I have that up and running. but I was looking at the list of what revision 1701 would offer, and I thought to myself, I could check the "Still under development version" maybe for myself..
I know its under Development, and I would, if I use it, ,make a new folder for itself, and not overwrite my current 'stable version folder' so I would be able to try the "under development' version myself..

I don't have IRC on my PC
I don't like to use it, it is very distracting to me.
Especially when lots and lots of people 'talking' at the same time.

On that page is only a description. not a download link.
Trust me, I have scanned that webpage over a 100 times now..
That was my own first instinct too, to seek it under: www.ZEQ2.com/lite
..
Maybe its cause I use GooGleChrome?

There is no direct download link. You need to use Tortoisesvn. It's explained on the blog AND on "svn-development" topic.
