You can only see your demos inside the game.
To do that, open up your console and write this command:
/demo demo0001
And while playing the demo, you can turn it into .Avi files.
To do that, type in the console
/bind f5 video
After that, Play your demo and press F5.
But remember to low your resolution to 800x600 or something like that, cause .Avi files are LARGE.
After converting it to .avi, there will be a folder inside ZEQ2 folder called "videos".
