I was just wandering if the new characters will have all the signature moves to start with, like Goku did.
What I mean is will Vegeta have the Final Flash, Galick Gun, Big Bang, Ki Blast and Ki beam to start off with? Or will we hae to wait until the Cell Saga to see the Final Flash?
