Looks like a skin made in paint for HalfLife's Gordon Freeman model.
Exactly what I was thinking, but then again Milkshape's funky field of vision coupled with the pose could make any low-poly Half-life model seem that way.

guyssssssssssssss... I was on moddb and I saw update for earth special force called no name. it was a model ( fusion of cooler and cell ). I thought which leaping lizard would make this one ... first its a bad quality and it rocks...and thennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... I saw our robs name as uploader  dude ... you really need to stop doing this sh*t...
