For everyone hosting servers. (Especially stealth,nl,ws&rw).
In order to make them show up again. Insert this in your console:
sv_master1 master.ioquake3.org

It allows you to see which servers are up or not, then let's you pick which one you want to go to. 
press that ~ button, next to 1 on your keyboard to open the console. Then paste or type this in: sv_master1 master.ioquake3.org
Hit enter.
Close the console.
Then Hit refresh on the server browser..
BAM! All the servers just magically appear after that.

If I'm not mistaken this http://ZEQ2.com/lite/revision1536.zip should contain the build with the fixed server browser.

No, it's not...
When speaking English, what you said, and what I said, are two totally different things. 
I also answered a different question he asked. you know, the whole "how does this help me?" thing.
