okay dude really. How old are you?
You come here asking for help and you don't give any good information on the problem.
What happens? Does the game crash, does it load with glitches, when does the error happen?
And on top of that you are asking for support on Bid For Power 5.0 on the ZEQ2 forum. What makes you think ANYONE on this forum even plays Bid For Power 5.0?

I doubt there are sites other than this that could possibly know how to fix a program originating from a relatively unnoticed project.
SSJ8Gogeta - Go to the IRC and ask there. You are more likely to get better and faster help.

I don't think there will be an answer to such type of problem, it happens rarely. First you should try to reinstall the game, if it doesn't work then search for that file he cannot find and maybe make it not read only if it's not. Or solution 2: Buy another computer .
And its true, you should watch your attitude  .

The only connection to that error I found was a possibly lacking GPU.
And that was 1 topic with 3 replies.
And I mean lacking not the lacking that's for the world filter.
