Is there a chance were we can make are own characters? Like being able to choose gender, hair style, race and moves?

I doubt it, ZEQ2 is based on Dragon Ball so I think they may only allow Dragon Ball character.
Altho you can mod the characters.

Darn, it's just there is NO Dragon Ball Z fighting game like it. So how would you make your own custom character? I heard it can be done, but I don't see how to do it.
