Well set up the keys in the settings.
All mugen games are exactly the same control wise and you can easily see all the combos if you open the character files (provided that there is no readme file)

Why. the best mugen created till now is still Dragon Ball Z Mugen ME2
Less focusing on character copies and more focus on actually having useful characters.
Not to mention the final boss is a puppy *intense laughter*
