Vlad try to learn how to use 3dsmax and how to rig characters..in this way you can do all by yourself.......anyway if I have to rig this character you must open the hands of your model

checkout here.. if you haven't 3dsmax now convert in obj the file with a converter I can do for you.. and work on the standard model ..after of course someone can rig this..
