you can make your own server 
or maybe the servers doesn't show up in your server browser type this in your console =
 /sv_master1 master.ioquake3.org
maybe this can help you

thank you for your help but when I whrite this "/sv_master1 master.ioquake3.org " in my console nothing happend sorry for my English I'm french ^^'

Put the files from this archive into the ZEQ2 directory (I.e. C:\Documents\Downloads\ZEQ2-Lite\ZEQ2\) and overwrite, but be warned, you have to set up your settings again, but you will be able to see and play on the servers.
