1.you can change Game Resolutions.
2.you can Format your PC.
3. Buy a Graphics Card.
4.Uninstall apps which eat too many RAM.
Hope you got a solution from above

I am not sure why it is not working. Are other high end games working ? like BattleFied3 etc. If so then you have to reset the changes you made to the ZEQ2 Game
Frankly, I don't see any reason for it to not play considering the fact that it was working on the very same exact PC some months back
You have made some mistake somewhere..
How can you say it's not your network issue see the n/w speeds
