Neither, both are a bad idea. There's no such thing as a "free domain" and neither of those domains which you linked to are "your" domains for your website.
Those are merely domains which their owners are letting you "borrow" for free, but not in the actual sense that you have control over the domains, nope, instead they just whack a very simple and basic page up on the domain with a frame pointing to your website.
These styles of domains are terrible for a number of reasons:
1) Frames are not meant to be used like that, infact frames should not be used at all unless absolutely necesary and that is totally unnecesary.
2) As it uses frames, when you click on the links it changes the page INSIDE the frame so bookmarks won't work properly and search engines won't index the site properly as the top level URL it is seeing is just the "free" domain.
3) You are at the mercy of the domain owner. You could be using it for ages and the domain could be synonymous with the site itself but, for many potential reasons, the domain owner could decide to take the domain off you, leaving you without the domain you're known for and leaving all your traffic to go to some other site.
If you want to get yourself a domain for a website then you're best off just buying a proper one and make sure you get full ownership of it.
