1. It's an opening, it has nothing to do with the actual story, it's just an edited video with a background music and I'm pretty sure Toriyama gave 0 f.roosters about it.

2. Just because it's an official opening doesn't mean it has to be canon. Budokai 3 opening is official and you can tell it's pretty random.

3. They don't wanna show it's related, they just show action scenes.

4. A lot of movie timelines make NO SENSE. For example, can you explain Tree of might timeline? Goku is healed so Gohan and Krillin come back from Namek to fight Turles some minutes? Really? (Yamucha chiaotzu and Tenshinhan are alive for tehlulz too!)

1-edited video with background music? please this isn't youtube Dragon Ball Z videos,the video is official and was not decided just to put random scenes in it
and you think akira doesn't care abut the theme?
he surely decided what to put in both Japanese and English themes
that's like saying a boss does not care about his company promotion and header symbol

2-don't bring budokai in this,that's a game,I know that's random

3-yes I know its just action scenes but most of em are movie scenes and that brings a connection

4-well I can't arrange that now,but a lotta people have,might wanna google it

edit-Do you think akira has no say in anything and hs no idea what the theme songs are about?

Vegito would win, because if Goku and Vegeta were given Potara earrings in GT, he'd be stronger by far. You have to take into account the situation. Especially considering the fact that normal Gogeta was an Super Saiyan, and normal Vegito was just Saiyan (pun intended).

man I don't know at what anime you guys look but the creator of the manga said in a press conferince that
Gogeta = Goku + Vegeta
and
Vegito = Goku * Vegeta
and by the way Vegito toyed with super Buu in his normal Saiyan form he become super Vegito just for the show he diden't need that by the way Vegito could go Super Saiyan 3 because Goku could so I think Vegito wins
