I made a bvh animation in blender that I'm going to apply to several other character models for the game. How would I insert tags like tag_head tag_torso tag_weapon without having to adjust them for every frame? Is there a way I can attach it to a piece of the armature while keeping its original function? I really don't want to have to hand adjust it for every single frame of every single character.

Couldn't you just parent the tags to the character's bones?

Thank you! You're the first person to respond in both threads. (One this forum, and the other on blenders forum) And the other thread has 40 views.
That's what I was wondering about. Hopefully I'll only need to parent them one time and it will automatically correct it for the rest of the frames.
