So, I'm a long time fan of Final Fantasies 8 backwards. I've always enjoyed the music most, even in later titles that I couldn't stand to finish (I'm looking at you, 10, 12, and 13...) where I perhaps found the plot/characters/playstyles to be, well, disagreeable for me.
I just picked this up, since it's (aside from cashing in on past success) main focus is the music. I can't think of another composer, whether in game, movie, theater, or stage that has been able to make me appreciate music the way Uematsu has. It's a simple little rhythm game as rhythm games goes, but I like the dissidia mentality of mashing up characters(as well as hoping they continue to flesh out old favorites more and more), and I can't help but like the light-hearted art-style.
Any opinions on it, or the music in general? Sorry if the music's been talked about before, or anything like that. I may have seen a theatrhythm thread, but not since it was released

if you finish all you get a bonus soundtrack from Final Fantasy XIII versus which is not released yet
I have yet to really play it (or anything) as I'm in a bit of a transitional stage at the moment. I'm digging what I did play of it, but I REALLY need to carve out a little gaming time soon
I wish the bonus was something more, as the newer titles aren't appealing to me like those of yester-year. That said, the music has never given me a need to raise any major objections, unless you count the English version of XIII's using Leona Lewis, but really that was the least of XIII's problems for me.
Still, I'm stoked that Seifer is actually recruitable as a party member, as I saw him on the website. I'm sad that Vincent isn't, unless you know something I don't. On the other hand, as long as Kain and Squall are in my party, I'm not going to complain too much ^_^
