Everytime I connect to 78.21.27.167 I'm as a spectator , even when I "join game" I'm still a spectator . what's with it ?

that ip adress your mentioned was my server. I was planning to keep it online 24 / 24 for 7/7. the server was run in my fathers home which is 11 km's away from my home. So I managed to control the server from the laptop at home. At the server some people wanted a tournament so I setted it up so that only 2 people could join and the others would be spectator. but in the middle of the tournament my laptop battery exploded and he is broken now, I couldn't set the server at my fathers place on more people anymore cause I couldn't access it . so it remained 1 vs 1.
Right now I went to my fathers place, changed the settings and everyone can join again, but due to my laptop broken, it won't be online 24/24 anymore, it will be just online when I'm at my fathers place. When My laptop is fixed I'll host 24/24 again.
