EDIT - I used Photoshop to create it.
Try to replace it with one of the existing and rename it to their name it should work

not working dude! actually it's not showing up in the game.download my crosshair and try in your.

Try to resize it it should work if not give me the crosshair you want in game and when I get back home I'll try to make it for you right now I'm in school so I can't do it from here and anyway good morning

They are all the same!
*laughing out loud* and changing a crosshair is so easy
open any default crosshair in Photoshop paste the new one and make the default crosshair layer invisible result:
