2.He intended to type it out as "shiiit".

Nappa doesn't have his moustache. Disliked :p
To be honest I expected something better, maybe they tried to make it look way too much like the anime and that's why I don't really like it... But well that's just me...

They didn't try AT ALL to make it look like the anime. The way the characters look is the same as in the anime. Except Nappa of course (no moustache -> I'm mad >=[ ).
For some reason I think it doesn't fit a live action movie...

One thing is for sure, if they're going to attempt at live action saiyans, the spiky hair needs to go. It's just not happening... Maybe they can have Goku's hair down to his shoulders and "messy," while Vegeta's is well-groomed and slicked back. With the trademark widows peak, of course  I don't know, just some suggestions... Design changes will definitely have to be made, but subtlety is key.
I just hope they pull it off better than Dragonball Evolution, because after you see Goku in his famous Gi, (which I admit was a near perfect modern adaptation of it) you begin to look back on the characters personality-wise, and how they aren't even remotely comparable to their anime counterparts.

I personally like your idea of Vegeta having that kind of hair, however Goku would just look like Yamucha. Also, spiky hair isn't improbable. It's just that both the actors and the hair are completely different than in the anime, as Brad has pointed out. Better actors and wigs solve everything.

Because he'd scare the little children fans of Dragon Ball Z. *intense laughter*
Although, he does appear to fit the role of Piccolo far better. Not only is the forehead making him look more stern or bitter, but the fangs in his mouth better fit his appearance as a demon to most humans.

When I watch those cosplays it looks like Dragon Ball movie can be done and could be good but... it must be made by someeone who WANTS to make it. Like Peter Jackson with LotR and Hobbit.
