how come lipid Buu and super Buu can talk but kid Buu can't even say a sentance only simple words?

When he said Kid Buu says it all he was saying he doesn't say much because he is a Kid.

And I think he was lipid in normal form because it doesn't scare and he looks more happy and a good boy: "OH NO! Homer simpson is going to kill us!"
And kid Buu maybe doesn't talk because he's a monster

According to my theory, since Majin Buu wasn't able to talk clearly he was this English lacking creature always saying something like "Me big mad, which guy hit Buu?" etc etc, It is most clearly that he was a child even then, well...a lipid child that is, now that he has turned into super Buu his most likely grown up which makes no sense cause after that he becomes kid Buu, which is mostly his actual first form as in a baby, and can't talk clearly but does understand, like when he was making fun of the Saiyans with the Ape act, that Goku didn't understand.
