Well basic World of Warcraft and Burning Crusade is work offline with emulator.
World of Warcraft Lich King and Cataclysm need internet connection but of course both of em work with emulator so you can play alone or with bots.
But of course those games need around..10-20GB free space.
And far as I can remember Ragnarok Online has an Offline version which is not so fun without friends.
As for RPG:
-Reckoning
-Hellgate London
etc..
