Need latest 3ds max help

I am facing problem while opening this file lipid Buu file in 3ds max 2010.So, I searched on google for it and the fix is need of latest 3ds max but that I don't have and not able to download it.If somebody has latest 3ds max like 2013 can open this file save it for old 3ds max for me so that I can rig it.

guys! .obj format will also work. anybody PLEASE try to give this Buu in any format that 3ds max 2010 can open.
