I was wondering, is the development, team still working on the latest build on the SVN? Because I LOVE. the SVN build version. I just can't wait for that version or later to come out as the new stable version. But I was wondering if they was still working on it.

There was never a development team, thus you have no-one to aim your question at.
As for development itself, it mostly died off due to a lack of contributors.

We do have a ZEQ2 project under development in Unity, so don't lose hope. The developers did not scatter, but switch projects.
