One of my addons has no head, and the other has black lines for a face. The entire head model is transparent. I am thinking I forgot a certain script. If you can tell me exactly what script might fix this, I'd appreciate it.

Knowing what script, skin, or texture file is messed up/missing would require knowing what addon you're having trouble with, and whether or not we're even familiar with said addon to be able to assist(Personally, I've downloaded very few addons, so I'm not personally familiar with the majority of ones out there...).
Your best bet is to try reinstalling the addon(re-read the instructions if any, you may have missed a step), and if that doesn't work, try a fresh install of ZEQ2-Lite with only that addon(sometimes there's shader conflicts if you have multiple addons looking for the same shader calls in different scripts), and if it still doesn't work, try contacting the person who made it for help, since they'll be more familiar with what should be where...

It is many of the ZEQ2 Revolution 5 pack addons. There are too many for me to exactly point out but they consist of PerfectCell (He has no head.), VegetaNamek (Black lines for a face.), HeroKid (Black lines all over the body.), Herokid2 (Barely visible face.), Raditz (Has no body at all.), Goten (Black lines all over his body as well. I've noticed this problem with several kid characters.) and a few others. They should work with the original Revision 1563 but I'm probably missing certain scripts.....I'd uninstall the addons and reinstall them again but I can't find those exact same ones anywhere else except for in Rev 5 pack.  Any ideas?

you have not added the shaders you are missing shaders that can be found in effects/shading.

I know, I'm just having a difficult time trying to find the exact shaders for those parts. :/
Edit: Hey I found it! Thanks for that tip on Effects>Shading  I didn't think to look there I was only looking in scripts! You rock dude.
