Eminem is the best but little wayne isn't so bad but on some of his songs I do not understand a word there are only two songs that I like and understand everything
little wayne ft.Nicki Minaj-knockout
little wayne ft.Bruno Mars-Mirrors
little wayne can't be compared to Eminem because Eminem has a better voice, better songs and the most important thing I can understand him in every song of his and little Wayne is like screming all the time pretty much discomforting

it depends on which little wayne you are talking about. if you are talking about now then it isn't even close but if you are talking about carter 2, carter 3, dedication 3, no ceilings little wayne then little wayne puts up a fight. But eminem still wins

EMINEM still carries the essence of Hip-Hop unlike a lot of rappers today.
The others are just destroying the essence of Hip-Hop. If it comes to who has better sounding "songs", I don't know.
But when it comes to rapping and hip-hop, EMINEM still carries its meaning. So, he wins.
So, he wins in my opinion.
