sorry for my grammatik, English is not my native language so I'm not obliged to correct such little things

in the beginning Don Mattrick said the "all in one" console would cost around 500 dollars which is around 400 euros right after he revealed how the console is called

the presentation was a big success for microsoft gaining a partnership with spielberg and EA sports and getting call of duty ghost as exclusive game and many others for xbox one,
playing more games at once in same time switching trough them like you are switching TV canals without troubles is good to .

PlayStation 4 just showed their controller ,xbox one controller toped theirs already in style and features

they just didn't reveal if they keep xbox live gold membership or if you need permanent internet to play games

I know PlayStation 4 didn't show anything only some snapshoots from their console and the whole controller but anyway I believe this generation is for Xbox not PlayStation anymore

(by the way I'm not hater I own both consoles(PlayStation 3,xbox360) just because the exclusives games)

Hey guys, you can say I'm crazy but what I expect in the introduction of a new console is games, not TV and silly kinect functions.

neither is it mine

in the beginning Don Mattrick said the "all in one" console would cost around 500 dollars which is around 400 euros right after he revealed how the console is called

we will see

PlayStation 4 just showed their controller ,xbox one controller toped theirs already in style and features

baseless statement , the Postscript controller has always proven to be the better designee , especially the dpad and the placing of the joy sticks.
besides you can't say it topped it unless you play with it. though in all honesty it looks nothing different from the first version

they just didn't reveal if they keep xbox live gold membership or if you need permanent internet to play games

as I said we will see , their official didn't respodnd were friendly when asked that question on twitter and asked us fans to "Deal with it" so yeah..

I believe this generation is for Xbox not PlayStation anymore

all your information is a bunch of BULL stuff
nowhere I have read the 4.7ghz statement , nowhere I have read the 10gb VRAM statement , it clearly says

CPU : AMD 8 Core
Storage capacity :500GB
Memory : 8GB DDR3

mind you PlayStation 3 is using gddr5 instead of 3 which is almost 2 times as fast as ddr3

by the way I'm not hater

I can totally see that

Xbox is NOT going to be a strictly a game system. It's trying to be a multimedia system. Basically a computer. PlayStation 4 is strictly a gaming system. Which is what I'm looking for. Sounds like you are over hyping the Xbox One. Now it's going to be Free VS Paid Online subscription service.

I still think WiiU wins...

Xbox didn't mention (I.e. defend) anything about the rumor that they're going completely Games on Demand. No more discs, which means no used games, no borrowing games, and no renting games to try them out.

So yeah, either they want to keep us guessing, or they didn't want to stir us up because they know it isn't a popular decision for anyone but themselves.

najeeb don mattrick showed design and components of xbox one right before the new controller functions it was even in their screen written 8 gb ram 8x 4.70 ghz and 10 vram ATI grafikcard

yeah dokumas but xbox one allows to play more games at the same time without problems

I've heard their rumor to linkxp but I personally think you will need permanent internet for their new sky and TV functions which is obvious of course

I'm pretty sure the PlayStation 4 can probably do the same thing. As a matter of fact they introduced this feature first. You can play a game while it's still downloading. You can go to another application and the game will still be running in the background. Exactly what the PlayStation VITA already does.

Yes, I did watch it live and they haven't mentioned anything about stuff such as the GPU, yet here you are 100% confident that it'll be a 10 GB VRAM card (which is ridiculous).

the current gen Wii leads with almost 50% sales then PlayStation 3 as of 2013 then xbox360 ,

wiiU is struggling with sales

also 4.7 is not even logical , especially when it involves AMD their cpus are hot as heck and draw allot of power even intel maxwell won't be able to do 4.7 with out drawing allot of power and heat

and exactly the gpu isn't even mentioned and he says 10gb *Laughing my loving butt off*

I'm actually surprised at the fact that no one mentioned their second hand games policy.

As in they don't have one. Get a game from a friend to see how it is before you decide to buy it, will result in you installing the game, getting a popup saying "You need to pay X to play this game" before letting you proceed to even play a game that has already been bought.

Basically they are encouraging the Aliens: CM fiasco, by saying "We don't care that the demos and press releases were not showing what the game is, you will have to buy it to play it regardless, even if its a game a close friend of yours bought and only wanted to show it to you"

to simply put it , that Richard attitude of theirs will be their downfall , kinect only only do so much in terms of attractions , other than that , those policies will kill the company

Agreed. After everything I've seen about the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One(Seriously, these companies need to learn how to count if they're going to use numbers in their names!), I think I'll just stick with my WiiU.

The games might be a bit sparse at present(one of the biggest gripes I've heard from people in fact), but that's an issue that every console has always had in the early days of its life cycle.

The games look fantastic(people who tell you otherwise likely haven't actually played anything on the system), they're fun to play(Seriously, you gotta try Nintendoland, the games in it can be addicting! Especially the Donkey Kong Crash Course one... Or if Party/Mini games aren't your thing, grab ZombiU, best Zombie Survival game I've played since Dead Rising, and the Perma-Death gives you an extra incentive to not do anything reckless.), and I don't have to pay Microsoft extra just to watch a movie that I'm already paying someone else for to have their service(Netflix)...

Sony is ripping off Nintendo(again) with their touch-pad controllers(minus the built-in screen on their controller... No screens = different, right...?), Blu-ray players are not as expensive anymore to warrant needing one built into your gaming system, their exclusive games haven't been able to catch my attention in years, and quite frankly Sony seems too full of themselves lately because they have "better graphics"... Where are their "better games"? I could care less if we were still playing games that still looked 8-bit, so long as they were fun and enjoyable... All I ever hear from Sony fanatical enthusiastic young children is about how "awesome the graphics are", but graphics =/= good games...

Microsoft isn't doing itself any favors either. They're so desperate to be original, that they're alienating the Gamers for the "Casual Gamers Who Really Don't Play Games At All"... That kind of defeats the point of buying a "Game system" if you're not going to be playing games on it... Why not just hook up your PC to your TV, or better yet, get one of them Smart TVs and skip the Xbox entirely...? And the fact that most of the titles they announced for launch so far seem to be Electronic Arts garbage that I wouldn't touch with someone else's money makes me feel that the console isn't worth the investment since it's not even backwards compatible with my sizable collection of 360 games...

At least I can still play my Wii games on my WiiU, and the games are actually fun... I haven't even turned on my Xbox 360 in months... (kind of blame 343 Studios for that, after the way they took a giant dump on the Halo franchise... Haven't really used my Xbox much since that...)

False , WiiU is already showing weak sales through out the globe , and dropping

the graphics are borderline not even upto the last gen (which is xbox360 and PlayStation 3) , and to be honest not every one likes mini or fairy tail games , times have changed . and 1 game like zombiU isn't reason enough to buy a console for

Sony is ripping off Nintendo(again) with their touch-pad controllers(minus the built-in screen on their controller... No screens = different, right...?),

enlighten me about the first time Sony "ripped off" Nintendo ? if I make a game and another person makes a similar one , is it ripping me off ? I don't think so , any one can use any technology how ever they want to comfort the user I don't see that statement as even valid

you are kidding me right ? either you haven't played a exclusive properly or you don't own a PlayStation 3 , I bought a PlayStation 3 recently just for the exclusives alone after trying them at my friends house . That is one of sony's main strong points along with their graphics
Its a known thing PlayStation 3 has BETTER exclusives and more Exclusives than xbox360

yes graphics some times do matter , here is just a short list of some of the current exclusives and some major upcoming ones in 2013

a few among the best , and these are to name a few which blow their xbox360 counter parts into the water
a fraction of the total

current top: lloyd of War: Ascension
Infamous ( series critically acclaimed )
Uncharted ( series critically acclaimed )
Granturismo (series critically acclaimed)
Kill Zone ( series critically acclaimed )
MLB 13: The Show ( critically acclaimed )

to be released: The Last of Us( creators of uncharted)
Beyond: Two Souls
among a few more

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:PlayStation_3-only_games

^^^^^ the rest
this list is huge and the games are fun

It is fair to say PlayStation exclusives are getting better and better, and Xbox exclusives are staying the same, with no new spin on the same old titles.

I totally disagree with Xbox's choice on this new fee for playing used games, seems lacking.

Also the backward compatibility issue, also lacking.

Xbox one is targeting the same audience that the Nintendo Wii caught. Its a losing struggle in my opinion

Really I thought lloyd of War ws just getting more of the same coupled with more of the same. Same for gears of war.

najeeb wrote : False , WiiU is already showing weak sales through out the globe , and dropping

To early to say. The Wii started off like that to, but in the end its practically leading the console sales market compared to the 360 and the PlayStation 3.

Remember that Nintendo always made party games. Games that you can enjoy with friends, and that hardly ever get old. Sure they had those single player experiences aimed more at the core gamers, but the backbone of the Nintendo consoles were always casual games. Neither Sonny nor Microsoft are even remotely aiming towards that market, and that will give the WiiU the chance it needs, as soon as Nintendo starts making their trademark party games.

Remember the lack of games is because of the lack of sales, and the lack of sales is because of the lack of games. So once those units start selling due to casual gamer interests, so will developer interest in the system grow.

I predict a similar scenario as it was with the Wii.
