Hi guys, I have always a problem with the ink and paint render: as you can see in the image..there are weird gray lines in some points..do you know how to fix that?
(all the parametres are standard and I use 3dsmax 2013)

I have that too. Use perspective instead of pure front or side. I'm not sure about orthographic. Either that or disable the outlines (ink).

Ensure that your inking settings are set proper. In most cases, you only want the silhouette to show (not the material/overlap/etc. lines).
Ink'n'Paint is pretty archaic though. Get a hold of the Final Toon plugin for better render ink results.

If you still want outlines in an orthographic view, I suggest turning down the fov of your perspective view camera to the lowest possible value (for 3ds max, I remember it as 1). This will give upon rendering, an almost(no noticeable difference) orthographic render with proper outlines.
