Type /<letter> and then hit tab at the console to reveal all commands for that letter.
For instance /h then tab will show you the CVARs for heartbeat, handicap, and headmodel.
/sv_ is the prefix for server cvars, but /g_ cvars usually effect the server/host as well.

you need first to be admin on server you can do that by typing this in server console:
/rconpassword serverpass (serverpass should be your password so use whatever word you want)
Then go in game on that server and type in console again the same code like above. Now you got admin access and now you can use kick and high five code and other codes too
high five code:
/rcon banaddr
[client's ip banlist]
You high five players IP, he can't join server with that IP.
Kick code:
/rcon kick
[player name or client number]
Kicks a player by name
and you'll need another code to check your server status, ping, IP's
/rcon status
Hope this was helpful and about all those other codes if I'm not wrong you can find it in your ZEQ2 lite it's a text document

What with this file? I found it in ZEQ2 folder it's a .cfg file but I couldn't upload it here so I copied everything I found inside it and saved it as a text document so tell can we use those codes?

It's just a collection of cvars that are being set. Yes, you can use them, but they may not always be hooked up to anything internally.

Translation: You can use them, but they may or may not actually do anything.
Also: For a complete list, input /cmdlist for all commands, then /cvarlist for all CVARs. Following this, type /condump concoms.text. A file called "concoms.text" should appear in your "ZEQ2" folder, containing all of the console's contents.

A way to high five someone without having to re-start the server is to high five them, then right afterwards kick them from the server.
They will not come back.
