Maybe if you hadn't made multiple other threads on the matter you'd be able to get a concrete discussion going in one.
The issue is either due to your version of the game, a communication issue with the master server, a firewall/port issue, or there were no servers up when you checked.
Since you ruled out two of those options, I'd go with checking to make sure you don't have communication blocked on certain ports by some security software or by your router.

Kk this is weird...All I had to do is download ZEQ2 on the laptop and it works but it's really laggy. But it won't work on the desktop...what the heck
