How does the Kaioken hair work? what animation frame does it automatically work off???

No I mean how does the aura trigger it to work so I can make the hair move when aura goes with other heads...

In the simplest terms, the head uses a separate check when animating to see if the aura is active. If it isn't, it uses the same frames of animation as the rest of the character. If the aura is active however, the animation is overridden and it uses the "charging" animation frames on the head instead.
The reason why it stays active for the second Kaio-Ken tier(and by extension, overrides the head animation) is due to a tier setting that tells the engine that for that tier the aura is "always on".

So it auto uses charging animation thanks I'm going to make false Super Saiyan Vegeta maybe...
