QA, balancing and gameplay design. I also do some PR on the side to lighten the load for Deverz and I'm mostly the guy who keeps complaining about getting a POTW up at meetings when Deverz ain't round. I also organize the bug reports, but that comes with the head tester position.
In general I know the basic workings of all areas of the games development, but none of those areas enough to actually produce the same quality stuff as the others. But by understanding the workings of everything I have an easier time getting to the reasons for gameplay bugs and can also offer ways to fix them.
Sadly dalte screwed me over last week as he said he would take one later, but didn't ^^;

This is Mastas work. He doesn't have Adams experience and it shows. Its still a nice map to fly round in. Especially at sunset :p

My own opinion that I wrote on the Earth Special Forces forum.
The Earth Special Forces Team is killing Earth Special Forces. I'm glad. Is the just punishment they deserve.
No release? okay.
We can live without a mod. 
When the mod comes out (whether it will be released or will be closed by namco bandai) children will play next gen games! they will not play a mod.
5 years of graphic improvement.
