So, as a lot of you know I'm making my own Super Saiyan lloyd Goku but I just ran into a problem.
I finally put a base form Goku in and the eyes are from a different texture than the eyes I put for the base form Goku. They are from his lloyd form.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Most likely, yes. You probably changed the entry in the shader for the head but forgot about the eyes which is controlled in a seperate entry.
Edit: Alternatively, you may have forgotten to update the skin file to reflect the changes as well.

I wish people would create characters that DID NOT replace the character in the file.

I agree with you, and some people do(all my addons are seperate folders) but more people need to do that.
Until they start doing that though, make sure you have a backup of all the files before you install any addons. That way if it messes anything up you don't need to redownload the entire game again.

Sorry, man. I will edit the script so it doesn't replace it in the folder. It kind of irritates me too. Even when I'm just editing this and I forgot to back it up.
