Okay so I have a question!.How can I record my ZEQ2-lite gameplay without using any programs and where to find the video that is recorded and can I upload it to youtube?

You'll need to bind a few things in console:
\bind record *
\bind stoprecord **
After that, record a video with the * key, and when finished recording press **. Then open that demo via the command:
\demo demoName
When you open the demo just type in your console:
\video
and when you finish the video type:
\stopvideo
Note, the framerate drops A LOT when recording a demo/video. When recorded though it will be smooth.

I already know that but where to find the file to upload it to youtube?

The demo files are in the same named folder demos. Demos that are converted to video file are in video folder also I recomned you to use a converter to convert the demo video found in videos folder from .avi to some other video codec to reduce the file size I personally use Format factory it also can convert, music, pictures and maybe some other files too.
