okay so I have a old intergrated, I guess you can say graphics card, whatever.. so I jumped in the nvidia control panel to get performance not quality from it, so what should I turn on, or off in these settings, again I'm looking for performance and not quality

Actually it's about equal. Nvidia also has a slider that sets the stuff up for you.
