I recently got 3D Max 2013 but I'm completely loss. its nothing like blender and very confused about how to create the simplest things if you can help me in anyway I would really appreciate it.

Try watching the training videos that's linked from the software's help menu, and take a look through some tutorials that are on youtube. Between the two, you should be able to learn anything you need to about working with the software.

thanks I searched youtube but they only saw 2011@2010.

That shouldn't matter, the only real difference on the user end between 2010/11 and 2013 is some new and/or updated features. The basic tools are unchanged.
