QeffectsGL: Graphic Mod for OpenGL-based Games
OpenGL pseudo-driver that adds some graphical enhancements to OpenGL-based games. You should place opengl32.dll and QeffectsGL.ini to the game executable's directory before running the game. If the game has multiple renderers available (for example. Half-Life, Unreal), OpenGL renderer must be switched to.
Effects
Anisotropic texture filtering*
Full-screen antialiasing (MSAA)*
HSL color correction
Screen-space emboss bump-mapping
Screen-space ambient occlusion
Bloom
Depth of Field**
* - can be also enabled in display driver's settings (for example. NVIDIA Control Panel). But it is also added to QeffectsGL for convenience.
** - DoF effect is disabled by default. To activate it, set "DOF" parameter to 1 in the INI file.
Supported Games
Doom 2 (Doomsday)
GLQuake
Half-Life / CS 1.6 also Earth Special Forces
Gunman Chronicles
Quake2

This is something like ENB series though not sure if ENB works in ZEQ2 Lite.
Currently those colors are hurting my eyes someone should make a good adjustment and it could look pretty cool

The only thing I would see improving is the outlines that seems too much lipid and that become a constraint on double faced parts of a model. Would be awesome.

These are just screen-space image effects (I.e : post-process). It's equatable to applying filters in Photoshop. Without the right context and utilization on the correct regions, you'll be hard pressed to get an overall improvement consistently.
