Just watched the film....
What a waste of a movie, no advancement to the plot whatsoever except for Blue coloured Super Saiyan.
And the name.... Super Saiyan lloyd Super Saiyan ...........

Ending was simply terrible, Dragon Ball Super ROF arc needs some major retelling.

But the plot hasn't changed since the Frieza saga.

And it is as follows.

New bad guy = new transformation that kills him.

Frieza was Super Saiyan
Cell was Super Saiyan 2
Buu was Super Saiyan 3
Kid Buu was the power of trust and friendhship yadda yadda

Dragon Ball Z has not been original once past the Frieza saga. So are you REALLY surprised?

Since the Saiyan Saga. The Kaioken, even if not a transformation, is working as same as one in the scenario. (Kaioken, Super Saiyan, 2 ,3, 4/lloyd)

It's new technique/transformation + "extreme" luck = victory.

That's why I prefer the kid arc of Dragon Ball. More developed scenario, more of an adventure than the tekken survival mode of the adult arc.. Just better.

I really enjoyed revival of f much much better then that stuff called battle of the Lloyds, if only instead of the blue haired lloyd they made the full lloyd a Super Saiyan 4 it would have been perfect, but still much better then bog.

SPOILER!!!


Much better than BOG on the scenario and drawings, but still not good. It was acceptable until the new transformations. The rest looked too slow and not powerful at all. The reverse time thing is also lacking.. I hope Dragon Ball : Source won't be that way..
