It looks really nice, character models look extremely realistic. Not sure if I pefer this kind or the more cartoonish look..

Different game, but inspired by that one.
The one you mean is Feng Lee's AoT tribute game.
The goal of this game is getting to know the Unreal engine and for the guy to learn as much as he can about game development. So at the moment he is working at it alone and says he will try to do so in the future, since he wants to expand his skills in all areas from animations to sound.
