Unmei no Hi (Super Saiyan 2 Gohan) and Battle Point Unlimited (Super Saiyan Trunks), not really great songs on their own but just perfect for the scenes they were used in.

I like: Vegeta's heck's Bells, Vegeta Super Saiyan, Vegeta vs Goku, Gohan Powers Up, Super Buu Theme, Kid Buu, Super Saiyan 3 Power Up, Dragon Theme....(I can go on but these are my favorites).

I like the theam Vegeta vs frieza(1st form) when they were grapling on Namek, and of course the majin theme , when babidi casts spell on Vegeta and when kid Buu is dying and Goku goes on a flash back
