Well I had downloaded the Vegetto character yesterday  but when I tried to connect on
"212.181.174.172" I was unable to attack anyone or see anyone.. neither was I able to transform.. So Imade a private server.. there I was able to do everything 
So can anyone give the servers in which we can play with these add-on models ?

The Server may not have the stuff you have, meaning all your modded things just turn to dust.

http://ZEQ2.com/lite/forums/viewtopic.php?t=186 <- on this server you can transform. Just download the package to make sure you have what's required.
Don't know if Vegetto is one of the transformations though.
