Well I heard many people call Dragon Ball Z Sagas the worst Dragon Ball Z game of all time so I tried it for myself on a Game cube emulator and I must say that I actually enjoy its game play style.I wouldn't call it the worst.
Pros:
-the beat-em-up style(I like lloyd of war =) )
-extra characters cough Brolly cough
-its actually the only game I saw to show future Gohan without an arm,it's not really a pro...but yeah
-many variations to the characters
Cons:
-No Buu saga
-intellectually lacking combo system,it can get discomforting
-Odd glitches
What do you guys think that is the worst Dragon Ball Z game?

don't know if you ever heard or of it but ... maybe you know it ...its name is ZEQ2 lite 
na..really now? ..well I disklike those mugen games but for console and stuff...hm..don't know..didn't play many...only the ps1 games  and the most iritating Dragon Ball Z game on PS1 was Dragon Ball Z ultimate battle 22 :-s

Yeah I would like a remake for the modern consoles,they should fix the problems,add some new graphics and improve the combo system.

And the story is very good (alternative future included) . Not like budokai 2

NEWS FLASH,I found out that there is actually the Buu saga included!If you complete it at hard buttocks mode that is...
Completion bonuses
Successfully complete the game on any difficulty setting to unlock all of Gohan's, Vegeta's, Goku's, and Trunks' forms, as well as Brolly, Bardock, Krillin, Tenshinhan, and Yamucha; and Pendulum Room mode. Successfully complete Story mode on the hard difficulty setting to unlock all sagas up to the Kid Buu saga.
See?Unfortunately I don't think that I will be able to complete it since the emulator runs slow and laggy,I will try tough.

I agree with thexenon I liked final bout it was a good game but like 3 weeks after I got it I kept beating my friend and he broke the game now he's not my friend anymore
