I that mistake at my first model too
But now I know how to do it.
Don't regroup the head into a whole thing.
Let the head and the eyes be a separate group.

Everyone should just wait for the next update. Than you'll have your Vegeta model looking total badass. A model that doesn't look better from the backside. Can you imagine it?

Saiyan Vegeta doesn't have the Final Flash I think.....Only the Super Saiyan has it..and the other Super Saiyan forms  otherwise it would rip off the whole map with the final flash, when Vegeta used it on cell the Earth was Shaking and when he blasted it there was a radius of miles...but he only concentrated it on Cell if he missed a part from the earth would've snapped in a sec

Well, it will be like Piccolo, be released with all the moves. That is what I was told anyway......
I mean, why would you wait for it? Why not start off with a bang (*laughing out loud* Big Bang Attack!)?
Ah well, if they do start with the Final Flash and all the other moves, that'd be their decision.

well since Zeth relsed the biped files for us editors we could animate Raditz to have galit gun and final flash
I also have a Vegeta with a red scouter

the Raditz model already has galick gun, big bang, and final flash animated in...look at the animation.cfg you could switch his skills so this model has those.
