I need help I have 3ds max 2010 and I made a model and he is animated So when I try to export it in md3 format with a plugin I downloaded is asking me "the following frames" how do I export it with all the frames

What's with you kids being so impatient and unable to use search engines nowadays? You didn't even give it a day and chances are none of the modellers have even come online yet.
Adding a link to the exporter you're actually trying to use or at least giving its name and a screenshot would increase your chances of anyone actually being able to help you as well.
Chances are if it's asking you something like that that you'd just enter "0-999" where 999 is an example for the final frame of your model.

thanks I'm just experementing with some Earth Special Forces models trying to convert them to ZEQ but I'll release my Paikuhan model edited from Piccolo later if I get my internet working properly I'll add pictures Later
