you all are kidding me, Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 can run on a 128 mb gforce ,
by the way I have sonic hper boom gaming pc, 3.2 core to extreme,32 mb cache ,2 gb ddr3 ram, ATI pci express 4700x2 2gb card ddr5, 500gb hd and colling gladiator system, you think I can run Grand Theft Auto 4 at full potential.
and it can run slow due to low cache normal p4 have 1 mb

guys I have a lot of exp in emulating pcsx2 9.6 I emulated Dragon Ball bt 3 with 66 fps on an anthol dualcore 2.80ghz 512mb video ram 2 gb and the settings was gsdx 1.1 and some speed hacks woked perfect wath my channel you'll see for your selfs www.youtube.com/andrei88990

You have an .ISO file right?
Open the config windows and for CDDVD plugin select Linuz ISO. The click configure, Select Iso and find your file.

I go to the sony screen in which there is browser and system settings
where's the play option?

Select Run CD/DVD option. That will get you in game.

You mean you didn't configure PCSX2, you didn't configure graphics, sound,... plugins?
