One ask know anyone what Dragonball online is???
Because I want make a netmarble Acc. but it is hard can anyone help?

Its possible, but its good if you don't. I too was in a dream of playing it, but because to its features are limited to Korea, I hated it and swore that I'll play it after releases world wide.
So, its better you do the same, or else break rules and create one is illegal.
